NuBest Tall is made for children over the age of 5yrs and teenagers who don’t drink milk daily. It combines a blend of calcium, collagen, herbs and nutrients for bone growth. These ingredients are all gluten-free, non-GMO and natural.
For optimal absorption it is recommended to take the capsules either 30 mins before meals or an hour afterwards. The capsule can be swallowed, or broken apart and the powder mixed into food or juice. Children aged 5-10yrs are recommended to take 1 capsule twice a day, whereas children aged 10+ are recommended to take 1 capsule three times a day.
